摘要
介绍了车轴套管挤压成形工艺,对它的壁厚差较大的问题进行了分析。确定成形工艺、模具设计及装夹方法为主要影响因素。为了减小壁厚差,提出了改进方案。利用改进方案生产了满足成形要求的零件,提高了成品率,降低了材料损耗和加工工时。
The extrusion forming process of axle tube was introduced, its large thickness difference was analyzed. The main influence factors such as the forming process, die design and clamping method were ensured. In order to reduce the wall thickness difference, the improved scheme was proposed. Using the improved scheme meeting, the parts of the forming demands was produced. The rate of finished products was improved, the material loss and processing time reduced.
