圆盘剪剪切过程侧向间隙的数值模拟 被引量:6

摘要 根据圆盘剪剪切过程的实际情况,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了剪切过程的有限元模型。通过模拟,获得了钢板在不同侧向间隙下剪切质量和剪切力。结果表明,25 mm厚Q235钢板最大剪切力为250 kN,最佳侧向剪切间隙约为钢板厚度的4%。这能为钢板剪切工艺和圆盘剪的设计提供依据。 According to the fact of the disc shear process, a finite element model of the shearing process was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. Through simulation, the quality of shear and shear force of steel plate in different lateral clearances were obtained. The results show that, the shear force of Q235 steel plate with 25 mm thickness is 250 kN, and the best lateral clearance is about 4% of steel plate thickness, which can provide the basis for shearing process and the design of disc shear.
