摘要
对具有外齿和非贯通内齿的非标准齿轮的挤压成形工艺进行了模拟分析,并根据模拟结果进行了模具设计,实际生产出了相应的齿轮件。实践表明,利用温、冷混合挤压加工复杂齿轮件的生产效率高,材料利用率高,产品质量好。
The extrusion forming process of non-standard gear with external tooth and not through internal tooth was simulated. According to the results of simulation, the dies were designed. And the corresponding gears were actually produced. The practice shows that the warm and cold extrusion producing the complicated gears have high efficiency, high material utilization rate and good quality.
