摘要
针对硬质合金焊接过程中容易出现的未熔透、气孔以及裂纹等缺陷,以硬质合金与因瓦合金的焊接为研究对象,分析了在其激光-TIG复合焊过程中焊缝成形、气孔和裂纹的形成原因及其影响因素,初步讨论了硬质合金激光-TIG焊接过程的缺陷及其分布位置特征。
With the development of powder metallurgy and welding technique, cemented carbide was widely used in different applications. Moreover, the ratio increases sharply. According to such welding defects as non-penetration, gas porosity and cracks, the welded joints between cemented carbide and invar alloy were investigated using laser-TIG (tungsten inert gas) hybrid welding. The reasons and influencing factors on the weld formation, gas porosity and cracks were analyzed followed by discussion on the characterization of welding defects and distribution.
