摘要
2205是一种标准双相不锈钢材料,因其具备优异的力学性能和良好的耐氯离子腐蚀性能而被广泛应用于海水离心泵的承压焊接件材料。双相不锈钢与传统的奥氏体不锈钢材料有不同的冶金特点和金相组织,所以2205焊接件质量评定必须重新进行评估。本文在介绍2205双相不锈钢各种物理、化学、力学、金相、焊接、热处理等性能并与奥氏体不锈钢316L比较的基础上,提出了2205焊接件质量评定的一些补充要求,包括焊接工艺评定项目和焊接母材的质量验收要求。
2205 is one of standard duplex stainless steels and widely used as key pressure containing welding parts for seawater centrifugal pumps due to their excellent mechanical properties and good chloride corrosion resistance performance. It has different metallurgical characteristics and metallographic microstmcture with conventional austenitic stainless steels, the welding parts quality qualification requirements for 2205 must be reviewed. Some additional qualification requirements were developed on the basis of the study for physical, chemical, mechanical, metallographic, welding, heat treatment and other properties for 2205 duplex stainless steel together compariing with conventional austenitic stainless steel 316L, including PQR and welding matrix metals.
