摘要
利用二维轴对称及三维数值模型,对壳板/贯穿件管板相交结构的应力状态进行了数值计算。计算采用了基于焊缝形貌的改进型分段移动热源,且合理的制定了热输入量。计算结果表明,利用二维轴对称模型可较为精确的计算出大型旋转体及近似旋转体结构的残余应力数值,只是应力峰值比三维模型计算值略低一些,但两模型所计算应力分布曲线基本吻合。计算结果还表明,基于焊缝形貌的改进型分段移动热源可以很好地应用于焊道数众多、焊接时间长的大型复杂结构焊接过程简化数值计算。
The stress of shell/penetration tube plate structure was numerically analyzed based on 2-D axisymmelric model and 3-D model. The analysis was calculated by using the improved segmented moving heat source with reasonable heat input. It can be known from the results that, the residual stress of large rotating body and approximate rotating body was studied by using 2-D axisymmetric model accurately, except that the peak stress was slightly less than 3-D model, but the stress distribution curve was studied by using 2-D axisymmetric model which is in agree with 3-D results. The results show that the improved segmented moving heat source could be well applied in the simplified numerical calculation of large complex structure under numerous weld numbers and long welding time.
