摘要
分别选取典型的4种Cu-P钎料HL201、HL204、HL205、HL209与银钎料HL303进行熔化性能、润湿性及力学性能试验,并考虑它们的经济因素,在满足实际生产条件的情况下,试用模糊综合评判的方法进行综合性能评价。结果表明,HL209的综合性能最好。
Four kinds of typical Cu-P alloys (HL201,HL204,HL205,HL209) and a kind of typical silver based alloy (HL303) were selected as the filler metals in brazing copper substrate. The melting temperature, wettability and shear strength of each kind of filler metal were investigated. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was carried out to evaluate the properties of the filler metal and economic factors were taken into consideration. The results show that HL209 alloy has the best comprehensive performance.
