摘要
目的：探讨AIDS合并马红球菌肺炎的X线、CT表现，以提高对该病的认识及诊断的准确性。方法：由两位阅片者回顾性分析12例经临床、实验室证实的AIDS合并马红球菌肺炎的x线、CT表现。结果：右肺中叶4例，右肺下叶3例，左肺上叶尖后段1例，左上叶舌段1例，左肺下叶基底段1例，左肺各肺叶、肺段病变1例，左侧胸膜腔1例。团块状、结节状病灶6例，X线表现为直径约3．O～7．0cm大小结节状。结论：AIDS合并马红球菌肺炎的X线、CT表现有一定特征性，有助早诊断、早治疗。
Objective：To study the radiographic and CT manifestations of Rhodococcus equi pneumonia in patients with AIDS, in order to improve the understanding and the diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods：The chest radiography and CT manifestations of 12 patients with clinical and laboratorial results proved Rhodococcus equi pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The lesions were located at right middle lobe （4 cases）, right lower lobe （3 cases）, apical-posterior segment of left upper lobe,lingual segment of left upper lobe,basal segment of left lower lobe,all lobes and segments in the left lung,and left pleura for 1 case each. 6 cases had mass and nodule like opacities with the diameter ranged from 3.0- 7.0cm, showing clear margin, with peripheral small flake-like and dot-like opacities. Conclusion：Certain radiographic and CT characteristics could be revealed in Rhodococcus equi pneumonia in patients with AIDS,which is helpfui for early diagnosis and treatment.
