摘要
利用生物可降解高分子材料包埋化疗药物制成控释剂型颅内植入后 ,在脑瘤局部定点化疗 ,可绕过血脑屏障 ,极大地提高瘤内药物浓度 ,同时降低身体其它部位的药物浓度。本文从聚合物材料、制备方法、植入方法、释药机理及药物体内分布、瘤内化疗等方面综述了近年来颅内植入剂的进展。
To improve survivals from brain tumors, the biodegradable controlled release systems that are implanted directly at tumor site were investigated. These systems bypass the blood brain barrier, decrease systemic drug levels and minimize the side effects of chemotherapy .The polymeric carriers, preparations method, release mechanism of drug from matrixes and the preclinical and clinical development of chemotherapeutic agents for treating brain tumors were reviewed.
