颅内毛细血管瘤一例报道并文献分析
Intracranial capillary hemangioma： a case report and literature review
摘要
患儿女，1岁7月，因头颅CT发现左额叶占位病变于2011年1月12日入院。患儿4d前冈被撞伤行头颅CT检查发现左额叶占位性病变，无不适表现。人院体检：神经系统检查无明显阳性体征。术前各项常规检查未见明显异常。头颅CT显示等密度，增强CT显示轻中度强化，MRI显示T1等信号T2稍高信号，MRI增强见明显强化（图1）。
