摘要 动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage，aSAH）是一种神经外科急症．约占所有脑血管意外的5％，年发生率在9／10万人左右，且好发于壮年（平均年龄为55岁），具有高致死率和致残率，给社会和家庭带来沉重的负担。
