Recent advance in drug treatment of severe disturbance of consciousness

摘要 持续性植物状态是近年来医学研究的热点和难点。自1972年持续性植物状态（persistent vegetative state，PVS）的定义。1994年美国PVS多学科研究组定义PVS为：患者完全丧失对自身和周边环境的认知，丧失语言理解和表达能力，大小便失禁，有睡眠一觉醒周期，下丘脑及脑干自主神经功能完全或部分保留。
