摘要
采用 3次 B样条曲面进行模具型腔及锻件动态几何构形描述 ,提出基于 B样条曲面描述的 3维网格样条生成技术及改进的分块样条生成法 ,探讨了复杂锻件网格生成中的子域剖分、疏密网格过渡、子域拼装等技术技巧。
The important procedures in complicated 3-D forming simulation are die-cavity description and automatic meshing of forging. In the paper, the cubic B-spline is adopted to describe die-cavity and forging geometric surface. The technique of 3-D meshing and piecewise meshing is proposed and developed based on B-spline surface description of complicated forging. Zone division of computational region, coarse-refined transformation by means of economic type mesh and zone connexion through the full region are discussed for effective mesh generation of the complicated forging.
