摘要
对动物皮毛柔性表面在不同处理方式下进行了滑动阻力的对比试验。结果表明 ,一定条件下 ,适当减小皮毛柔性 ,增大皮毛刚度 ,提高其弹性变形能 ,可使减阻率提高 1 0 %~ 2 0 % ;皮毛表面的腊质层 ,其憎水性对降低滑动阻力具有十分明显的作用。当土壤含水量在塑限附近时 (2 2 % ) ,减阻率为1 0 %左右。当土壤含水量在液限附近时 (38% ) ,减阻率可达 6 0 %。
The soil sliding resistance of the two fur surfaces with oil-film and flexibility are tested, and compared with those of conventional surface (rabbit fur).The results show that the oil-films of the fur surface make an important role in resistance-reducing, when the moisture content in soil is higher (38%),the value of sliding resistance of the fur with oil-film is about 60% when the moisture content is lower (22%),the rate of resistance-reducing is about 10%.Under some conditions,increasing the rigidity of the fur surface will be helpful to decrease sliding resistance,the rate of resistance-reducing may be 10~20%.
