宫颈鳞癌中P21ras蛋白表达及临床意义

Clinical significance of P21ras protein expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

目的 研究P21ras 蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展的关系。方法 应用SP（Streptavidin--Peroxidase）免疫组化染色方法对10例正常宫颈组织、47例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）和56例宫颈鳞癌组织的P21ras蛋白进行检测。结果 正常宫颈组织无P21ras 蛋白表达，CIN及宫颈鳞癌阳性表达率分别为36.17%、73.21%，三者间差异极为显著（Ｐ＜0.01）。CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ表达率分别为16.67%、33.33%和55.56%，三者间差异显著（Ｐ＜0.05）。P21ras蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移无关。结论 P21ras蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展密切相关，并发生于癌变的早期阶段。

：Objective To evaluate the relationship between P21ras protein and carcinogensis of cervical carcinoma. Methods Expression of P21ras in 10 normal cervical epithelia, 47 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 56 cases of invasive squamous cervical carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemical method. Results There were no P21ras protein expression found in normal cervical epithelia, while the postive rates in CIN and carcinoma were 36.17%, 73.21% respectively with significant difference (Ｐ<0.01). There was significant correlation between the grades of CIN and the P21ras protein positive rate (Ｐ<0.05). The expression of P21ras protein showed no signifficant difference between tumor grades and clinical stages of differentiation. Conclusion The results suggested that expression of P21ras protein might be useful in early detection of cervical carcinoma.
