用产能外扩法推进环保型橡胶油的发展

The Further Development of Environment-friendly Rubber Extender Oils with the Production Capacity Outward Expansion

介绍了橡胶行业与橡胶油的发展现状,以及环保型橡胶油应满足的要求和制备方法,强调了使用环保型橡胶油的重要性。尤其对轮胎橡胶油的特点、如何满足环保要求以及生产方法进行了论述。环保型橡胶油目前还存在产能不足、储运困难和价位偏高等问题。如果将原产地生产的符合环保要求的基础油运送到橡胶行业所在地区进行成品生产,实现产能外扩,将会有效地提高其产能和销量,降低生产成本和储运成本,从而更好地促进其推广使用与发展。文章就该产品的产能外扩方式进行了可行性分析,并提出了相应看法与建议。

The current development situation of rubber industry and rubber extender oils is introduced in this paper, involving the properties, preparation methods and the usage importance of environment -friendly rubber extender oils. The character- istics and production methods of tire rubber oils are discussed also. At present, the environment -friendly rubber extender oils have still some unfavorable factors, such as lack of production capacity, difficulties of storage and transportation, and high price etc. If the environment -friendly base oils from areas of origin can be transported to the regions of rubber indus- tries, and then the environment - friendly rubber extender oils will be produced in these regions for achieving the production capacity outward expansion. As a result, the production capacity and the sales volume can be effectively improved, the cost of production and transportation can be reduced. Finally, the feasibility analysis of the production capacity outward expan- sion is conducted and the corresponding opinions and suggestions are given.
