摘要
文章基于凸轮挺杆摩擦磨损试验机建立发动机油磨损评价模拟试验方法,选取抗磨损性能不同的发动机油分别做重复性和区分性试验,并与ACEA台架方法 CEC L-38-94(TU3)进行参考油试验对比研究。研究表明,凸轮挺杆摩擦磨损试验方法具有良好的重复性,能够正确区分不同品质发动机油的抗磨损性能,与TU3阀系磨损台架实验结果具有一致性。该方法试验条件简单,试验周期短,运行工况单一,节省试验成本和基础资源,符合低碳的理念。
The objective of the research project is to establish a test method to evaluate anti- wear performance of engine oil based on the cam & tappet test rig. Engine oils with different anti - wear properties were chosen to test the repeatability and distinguishability. Comparative research was done between the method and ACEA test method CEC L -38 -94 (TU3). The test result showed that the cam & tappet friction and wear test method can accurately distinguish the anti - wear prop- erties of different engine oils, with better repeatability. The cam & tappet friction test result is consistent with TU3 test da- ta. This method has simple experimental condition, short running time and single operating condition. It helps to save re- search cost and resources which conform to the concept of low carbon.
