摘要 液相络合脱氮工艺在中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司润滑油白土精制装置上进行了应用,工艺改造包括:新增一套以电沉降精制罐为主的络合脱氮精制设备及加热原料油的加热器。改造后的装置运行及标定结果表明:与单纯的白土精制工艺相比,液相络合脱氮工艺能有效地脱出润滑油基础油的氮化物,特别是碱性氮化物,显著改善精制油的氧化安定性,同时降低白土用量50%,可以提高精制油收率0.8%~1.2%,并且减轻了劳动强度,降低了生产成本,大大提高了公司的整体经济效益。 The liquid complexation denitrifying technology was applied to the lubricating oil clay refining unit in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company. The technology innovation includes: a new device for the liquid complexation denitroge- nation mainly involving the electric sedimentation treatment tank and a heater for heating the raw material oil. The device op- eration and calibration results showed that, compared with the pure clay refining process, the liquid complexation denitrif- ying technology can effectively remove nitrogen compounds in lubricating base oil, especially basic nitrogen compounds. Moreover, it can significantly improve the oxidation stability of refined oil, decrease by 50% of clay amount and increase by 0.8% -1.2% of refined oil yield. It also can reduce labor intensity and production costs, greatly improve overall economic benefits of the company.
