电视胸腔镜辅助手术的价值

The value of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery

目的 通过分析我院3年来开展的56例VATS手术，对VATS的临床价值进行评价。方法 3年来行自发性气胸肺大疱切除术 28例，VATS肺叶切除术 24例，肺楔形切除术4例。结果 通过与以往的常规开胸手术方法比较，作者认为VATS能减少术后胸腔引流量，减轻术后伤口疼痛，提高生活质量，缩短住院时间，且有伤口小、美观的优点。行周围型肺癌的肺叶切除，VATS与常规开胸手术有同样的安全性及生存率。结论 VATS作为一种胸外科手术的辅助手段，将有非常广阔的前景。

：Objective To assess the value of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) by analysing 56 cases treated by VATS. Methods With VATS, 28 cases were bleb resection for spontaneous pneumothorax, 4 were wedge resection of lung and 24 were VATS lobectomy. Results Comparing with the ordinary thoracic operation, after VATS operation, the patients had less fluid of chest drainage, and felt less pain, and also had shorter time in hospital. The incision was shorter and more beautiful. The quality of life of the patients was improved. Also the VATS lobectomy for lung cancer appeared to be a safe operation, with the same survival as expected for a lobectomy done by thoracotomy . Conclution The author insisted that the VATS as an assisted method, should be widely used in thoracic surgery.
