Prediction of HLA A2 restricted CTL epitopes of tumor antigen MAGE 2

目的 预测黑色素瘤抗原MAGE 2的HLA A2限制性CTL表位。方法 采用超基序法与量化基序法的联合应用。结果 发现 8个HLA A2限制性CTL表位。

Objective To predict the HLA A2 restricted CTL epitopes derived from melanoma antigen MAGE 2. Methods HLA A2 restricted CTL epitope of MAGE 2 was predicted by peptide supermotif prediction combined with quantitative motif. Results Eight HLA A2 restricted CTL epitopes of melanoma antigen MAGE 2 were found. Conclusion The combination of supermotif with quantitative motif can improve the prediction efficiency.
