摘要
跑道入侵是威胁民用航空安全的重要因素。有效地跑道入侵监测告警技术能够提高机场道面区域的安全。借鉴计算机图像处理方法,利用运动物体检测算法检测出视频图像上的运动物体,并引入航空器轮廓特征匹配,校验运动物体是否符合航空器轮廓特征,使检测结果更适用于机场区域。模型还分析了实时视频图像坐标和机场道面俯视坐标的对应关系,构建了坐标间投影模型,将运动物体位置投影至机场道面俯视图中。为了验证模型有效性,利用虚拟塔台视景技术进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明:模型能够根据实时视频图像检测出道面运动物体,并能提供相应的俯视机场道面图和跑道、滑行道上运动物体位置,并给出跑道入侵告警,可为机场塔台管制人员提供辅助决策依据。
Runway incursion is an important factor threatening the safety of civil aviation. The effective method of preventing runway incursion can improve the condition of safety on airfield. By using the algorithm of detecting moving objects on real-time video of airfield and bringing in an method of matching, the features of aircrafts con- tours to verify whether moving objects can accord with those features, which make detecting results suitable for air- field. A projection model which based on correlations between real-time video coordinates and the airfield plan co- ordinates has been set up. The model also can project the position of moving object into airfield plan. To verify those models availability. Simulation experiments have been made by using the technology of virtual control tower. The re- suits show that: based on real-time video the proposed models can effectively detect moving object on airfield as well as the corresponding airfield plan, the condition of runway using and providing runway incursion alarming based on moving object' s position, which provide supporting decision-making basis for airdrome controllers in an airport.
