摘要
针对面阵帧转移CCD探测器,深入研究分析其工作原理。为满足视频应用的需求,结合CCD探测器驱动电平要求和输出信号的基本特征,设计了相应的前端电路,保证探测器稳定工作,实现其高性能。试验结果表明:该信息获取电路设计满足视频相机系统工作要求,并具有集成度高、噪声小、功耗低、稳定性好的特点。
Based on the frame transfer array CCD sensor, after deep research and analysis of the working-princi- ple of Back-thinned Array Frame Transfer CCD ( FT-CCD), relative front-end circuit is designed according to the requirement of video camera system application and the basic character of CCD sensor to make sure high perform- ance of the sensor. Experiment results delicate this information acquisition circuit is of high integration, low noise, low power dissipation and fine stability, meeting the requirement of video camera system.
