摘要
目前我国常用的高层建筑结构有框架结构、框架-剪力墙结构和剪力墙结构。针对剪力墙结构的抗震性能优于框架结构的特点,首先对三种不同的建筑结构体系做了介绍;其次运用PKPM2010结构计算程序,对10层、20层的高层建筑模拟剪力墙和框架结构在永久荷载、可变荷载以及水平地震作用下,对结构的受力和位移进行计算;最后得出高层建筑在两种不同结构体系下的抗震对比分析结论:剪力墙结构的层间最大位移、层间最大位移角比框架结构较小,其楼层剪力、楼层弯矩比框架结构较大。随着楼层层数增大,剪力墙结构所发挥出来的抗侧向水平地震作用的优越性越来越明显。
Frame structure, frame and shear wall structure, shear wall structure are the common high-rise building structure in our country currently. The seismic performance of shear wall structure is better than the frame structure. Firstly, three different building structures are introduced, then PKPM2010 structural calculation program is used to simulate and calculate 10--storeys high-rise building,20--storeys high-rise building which act in the dead load, live load and horizontal seismic load with frame system and shear wall system, the force and displace- ment of the structure are calculated. Finally, comparative analysis of two different structural system under seismic conclusions drawn high-rise buildings are made: the layer maximum displacement and layer maximum displacement of the shear wall structure are less than the frame structure ; but the storey shearing force and storey moment of the shear wall structure are more than the frame structure. The superiority of the resistance to lateral horizontal seismic in the shear wall structure is increasingly apparent with increasing number of floors.
