“监测频次少”情形下水功能区水质达标评价方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 水功能区水质达标评价是实行最严格的水资源管理制度的一项基本工作,也是限制纳污红线的主要指标。实践中"监测频次少"直接影响了目标水功能区达标评价的进行。在分析现有水功能区水质达标评价的基础上,提出对于"监测频次少"情况下的水功能区水质达标评价方法,包括"定量核算—同水期数据替代法"和"定性推断—邻功能区评估法",并进行实证分析。实证分析结果显示,模拟评价结果与实际评价结果具有较高的一致性,说明提出的定量核算和定性推算方法具有一定的实际应用价值,为水功能区水质达标评价提供了参考依据。 Water quality assessment of water function zones is a basic job of the most strict water resources man- agement system, and a major index of limiting pollution load red line. In practice, monitoring frequency lack di- rectly influences the results of water quality assessment of the given water function zones. The existing methods is analysed that are used for water quality assessment of water function zones, and provide new methods aiming at the situation of monitoring frequency lack, which include quantitative calculation and same water season data alternative method, qualitative inference and adjacent function zones evaluating method. Simulated Assessment results with the actual results are compared, and the consistency of the compare result is high. The result shows the methods of quantitative calculation and qualitative inference is provided are practicable as the reference of water quality assess- ments of water function zones.
