摘要
湖北蓝天盐化有限公司50万t/a盐、5万t/a芒硝盐硝联产装置自2007年投产以来,已运行6 a,运行过程中,由于客观条件、运行工况、系统配套等问题,严重制约着该装置潜能的最大发挥,公司工程技术人员从实际出发,结合现行工艺及设备,针对存在的生产技术问题,进行了系统的完善和探讨,供同行们参考。
Glauber salt device of Hubei Blue Sky Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., has run for six years since 2007, which has production of 500 thousand t/a salt and 50 thousand t/a glauber salt. Due to the objective conditions, operating conditions and system supporting, the potential of this de-vice was seriously hampered. The technical staff combined with the existing technology and equip-ment from the reality and did the systematic improvement and discussion for the colleagues for the existing problems of production technology.
