摘要
该文采用激光诱变育种方法,根据育种目标,使用CO2等不同激光的不同剂量,先后分别辐照洋葱"元谋红皮"、"西昌红皮"、黄皮洋葱资源"96203"、"西葱2号"等亲本湿种子,经20多年选育,从后代变异中选育出洋葱新品种"西葱1号"、"西葱2号"、"西葱3号"及"昌激09-2"等洋葱新品种.实践证明,激光诱变育种是洋葱新品种选育的有效方法.
Wet seeds of onion cultivars were irradiated with He-He laser and CO2 laser at different dosa-ges. Through successive selection in 20 years, new onion varieties "Xicong No 1", "Xicong No 2", "Xi-cong No 3" and "ChangJi 09-2" were developed from their progeny, thus indicating that laser mutagenesis is an effective approach to onion breeding. This paper describes the breeding process of the above-men-tioned new varieties.
