摘要
"FCS校中厂"是教育部批准的、中央财政支持的专业建设项目内容之一。自主设计研制了"校中厂"主力设备—基于FF仪表的太阳能暖风现场总线控制控制系统。该FCS系统控制对象为太阳能暖风空调系统,介绍了其工艺流程和系统配置,确定该系统中的总线仪表选型,设计系统控制策略,并利用Syscon软件组态实现,利用组态王软件组态上位监控。适应自动化专业课程的教学,并可作为实验研发平台,值得推广和借鉴。
"FCS factory in school" is one of the specialty construction projects approved by the Ministry of Education and aided by Central Financial Fund. Independently designed and developed the main equipment of "factory in school", i.e. solar wind heater field-bus control system based on FF instrument. The control object is a solar airconditioning system. Introduced the process flow and system configuration, selected the system's field-bus instruments, and designed the system control strategy. (Ssed the Syscon software to realize the configuration, and using Kingview configuration software to realize the monitoring task. It adapts to the specialized automation courses teaching, and can be used as an experimental research platform, deserving promotion and reference.
