高职教师专业实践能力的现状与对策分析——以珠海城市职业技术学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 高职教师作为高职教育的实施者,必须同时具备扎实的理论水平和较强的专业实践能力,本文以珠海城市职业技术学院为例,从教师专业实践能力锻炼标准、职前教育体系、专业实践能力培训平台、职称评定制度导向四个维度分析高职院校教师专业实践能力的缺失,提出通过明确教师专业实践能力培养标准、搭建校本培训平台、推进政校企联合培养机制、共建校际"双师"资源库、构建高职特色的职称评聘制度等途径,从教师个体、学校、政府、企业、校际等多层面培养高职教师的专业实践能力。 Higher vocational education teachers as the executors of higher vocational education must have a solid theoretical level and a strong ability of professional practice. This thesis, which takes some examples from Zhuhai City Polytechnic, analyzes the lack of professional teachers’ practical ability base on four points---training standards of professional practice, pre-vocational education system, skills training platform of professional practice and the oriented of job evaluation system. Through the means of making clear the training standard, providing with training platform, developing the mechanism of government, college and enterprise cooperation, creating an interschool "Double Teachers" Resource Library and setting up a characteristics of higher Vocational Job Evaluation System. It suggests developing the vocational teachers’ professional practice ability not only by individual teacher, but also school, government, enterprise, interschool and other relevant agent.
