校外实习是实现高职旅游类专业人才培养目标的重要举措,而校外实习期间指导教师的职业能力是实习顺利有效进行的有力保障。本文以旅游类专业校外实习基地为例,分析指导教师存在的问题及职业能力所在,并试图从中得到一些启示,为我国高职院校旅游类专业校外实习指导教师职业能力的探讨与发展提供参考。

Off-campus practice is an important measure to cultivate tourism talents for higher vocational college.Vocational capability of guiding teachers guarantees the effectiveness of off-campus practice.This article analyzes problems and vocational capability of coaching teachers,and tries to draw some inspiration,thus providing reference for the development of vocational capability of coaching teachers during off-campus practice.
