在充分开展专业调研的基础上,开发《会计分岗位实训》项目化课程,打破"学科性"课程体系,按照"岗位→技能→项目→任务"的思路,构建项目任务化课程体系,调整课程定位,采用项目化教学,创新项目课程教学质量评价模式,使之更加贴近企业实际的会计业务处理,能提高学生处理会计业务的综合能力,培养学生的岗位角色和分工协作意识,提高学生对岗位的适应能力与就业能力。

On the basis of fully professional research,the development of Accounting Branch Post Training curriculum breaks the ＂subject＂ course system.According to the thought of ＂Post,Skill,Project and Task＂,the construction of the projecting curriculum system,the adjustment orientation of curriculum,using project teaching,innovating project curriculum teaching quality evaluation model makes it more close to the practical enterprise accounting business process and improve the students＇ comprehensive ability of accounting transactions,cultivate students＇ role consciousness and cooperation of division of labor,and improve students＇ ability of adaptation and the ability of obtaining employment post.
