摘要
随着高职教育规模的快速发展,新办高职院校"双师型"师资队伍不足的矛盾明显突出。"双师型"教师是指既具有理论知识素养又具有实践技能的教师。加强"双师型"师资队伍建设是实现高职教育培养目标的根本要求,也是新办高职院校内涵发展的必然趋势。针对"双师型"师资队伍不足的现状,新办高职院校应坚持"立足培养,积极引进"的方针,采取"外聘内训"等策略,通过合作共同培养"双师型"教师,通过校外引进充实"双师型"师资队伍,以及通过建立激励机制促进"双师型"教师成长。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the contradictory of insufficient teachers with double qualifications in new higher vocational schools becomes obvious. Teachers with double qualifications are those who are equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Promoting the development of teachers with double qualifications are the basic requirement to achieve the training goals and the inevitable trend to develop the new higher vocational schools. Facing the problem of insufficient teachers with double qualifications, new higher vocational schools should stick to the policy that absorbs the outstanding teachers and train their own teachers. They should try to turn their teachers to be with double qualifications by cooperation, hire outstanding teachers in order to develop a team with double qualifications and encourage teachers to improve their skills by establishing an incentive mechanism.
