基于AHP法的顺丰速运竞争力分析

由于大量跨国快递企业的进入和国内部分电商纷纷自建物流体系,进一步压缩了我国民营快递企业的市场份额,如何找出一条适合国内快递企业生存发展的战略对策显得尤为重要。本文以顺丰速运的经营发展模式为例,构建了快递企业的竞争力评价指标体系,并引入AHP层次分析法对顺丰和其它大型民营快递的竞争力指标进行综合评价分析,找出顺丰的优势竞争力所在,总结其发展状况、竞争策略及值得推广的成功经验。

How to find out a suitable way for domestic express enterprise＇s survival and development strategic counter- measures is particularly important. Based on the motion speed transport business development model as an exam- ple, we construct the express enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system, and introduce AHP analytic hier- archy process （AHP） to motion and other large private express competitiveness index comprehensive evaluation a- nalysis, find out the advantage of motion in competitiveness, and to sum up the development status. The competi- tion strategy and the successful experience is worth popularizing.
