基于高职铁路特色专业订单培养的顶岗实习改革与管理——以广州铁路职业技术学院为例

Reform and Management of the Post Practice Based on the Order-training of Railway Characterized Specialty about Higher Vocational Education

顶岗实习作为订单培养的重要环节,是实施校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式改革的重点。本文以铁路特色专业的订单培养为研究对象,建立与学生素质培养、能力提高以及就业相结合的顶岗实习制度,以校企双方共赢为基础,根据铁路企业对订单学生的职业素质和专业能力要求,对顶岗实习进行改革与管理。

As the important step of order-training, post practice is the important point for implementing the talent cultivation model reform of school-enterprise cooperation and working-learning combination. This paper is designed to the order-training of railway characterized specialty as the research object, building the post practice system con- ducive for quality cultivation, abilities enhancement and employment of students, based on the win-win of enterpri- ses and schools, and carry out reform and management of post practice according to the railway enterprises＇ demand for professional qualities and nrof^in.~l ~t,;~;,;~o ~ ^J
