摘要 高职院校教师专业化是高职教育发展的必然要求。职业倦怠已成为影响高职院校教师专业发展的重要因素。本文剖析了职业倦怠对高职院校教师专业发展中教师职业道德、专业能力、职业能力、人际沟通能力、管理能力等五个主要因素的不良影响,提出了干预与消解教师职业倦怠的一般策略,对高职院校教师的专业发展具有警示和指导意义。 Higher vocational school teachers' specialization is the inevitable requirement of the development of high- er vocational education. Occupation burnout has become an important factor influencing higher vocational schools teachers' professional development. This paper analyzes the following five main factors of the adverse effect of the occupation burnout on vocational college teachers' professional development as teacher occupation morality, profes- sional ability, occupation ability, interpersonal communication skills, management ability and so on, puts forward precaution and intervention strategies on higher vocational school teachers' occupation burnout for general, which is also meaningful in warning and guidance to professional development of teachers of higher vocational colleges.
