校企合作做好高职院校顶岗实习学生党建工作的策略

在企业顶岗实习是高职院校培养高端技能型专门人才的重要途径,同时给传统的学生党建工作提出了新问题。本文通过分析企业顶岗实习中党建工作存在的问题,探索校企合作、加强高职院校企业顶岗实习学生党建工作的途径和方法,提高高校基层党组织建设成效,强化学生德育与思想政治教育,提高企业顶岗实习的教学质量。

In this paper, through the analysis of the practice of the party building work in existence problem, we explore on higher vocational colleges strengthening cor- porate interrlships students party building work way and method, improve college party organization at the basic lev- el construction effect, strengthen the students＇ moral education and ideological and Political Education, and improve the teaching quality of the practice.
