对新时期独立学院大学生践行雷锋精神的探讨——以中南财经政法大学武汉学院经济系为例

新时期独立学院大学生如何学习和弘扬雷锋精神？能否构建学雷锋活动长效机制已成为高校思想政治教育工作中一个不容回避的重要课题，值得高校各级党组织不断实践，精心探索。笔者拟从学以致用，让雷锋精神在新时期焕发新的生命力；深入实际，着力提高学生参与社会实践的能力和水平；提升理念，把雷锋精神融入学生党员教育培养之中；完善制度，学习载体与长效机制建设有机结合；围绕中心，努力实现人人争做雷锋的良好局面这五个方面进行了初步的尝试。

How college students learn and implement Lei Feng＇s spirit in the new period？ Whether or not should we con-struct long-term mechanism of learning-Lei Feng＇ s-spirit activities has become an avoidable important topic in the ideol-ogical and political education work, and it is worthy for university party organizations at all levels to practice constantly and explore carefully. The author intends to offer a preliminary study in the following five aspects： Application： let Lei Feng＇s spirit in the new period sparkle with new vitality; Penetration into the lower levels： let Lei Feng＇s spirit improve the students＇ ability to participate in social practice ; Concept Ascension, let Lei Feng＇s spirit infuse into education and training of the student party members; System Perfection, combine learning carrier with construction of long-term effec-tive mechanism; Formation of good situation, around the center, let everyone try to realize their desire to become Lei Feng.
