Research on Relationship between Knowledge Management Capability, Process and Performance

在知识经济时代，一切都以知识为基础，所有财富的核心都是知识，其他的生产要素的更新和提高都依赖于知识的更新和提高．本文旨在探索知识管理的能力、过程和绩效之间的结构关系，并且提出成功实施知识管理的战略方向。本研究对不同产业的68个采用知识管理的企业进行实地调研，通过对调研所收集数据进行结构关系分析发现在知识管理的能力、过程和绩效之间存在着统计显著性相关。

In the era of knowledge economy, everything is based on knowledge. The core of all fortune is knowledge, and the update and improvement of other production dements depend on those of knowledge. This paper aims at exploring the structural relationship between knowledge management capability, process and performance and puts forward the stra- tegic direction for successful implementation of knowledge management. The research makes a field survey of 68 enter- prises from various industries that carry out knowledge management. By analyzing the collected data on hypothesized structural relationships, the survey reveals that there exists statistically significant relationship between knowledge man- agement capability, process and performance.
