高校学生管理实现“依法治校”是适应时代发展的要求，是依法治教、实现高等教育事业可持续发展的迫切需要。高等院校应当依照依法治国的精神依法治校，强化学生管理工作，真正实现学生权利和义务的统一，降低学生与高校的矛盾纠纷，实现依法治校，构建和谐校园．

The implementation of＂ruling colleges by laws＂ in college student management is the call of the times and the urgent need to realize law-oriented education administration and sustainable development of higher education. Universi- ties and colleges should be ruled by law and should enhance student management so as to achieve the unity of students＇ rights and obligations and reduce conflicts between students and administrators, realize law-oriented management and construct harmonious campuses.
