On Joint Crime

共同犯罪是指二人以上的故意犯罪．本文首先介绍共同犯罪的概念和成立共犯的理论学说，再对共同犯罪的特征作出解释．最后就共同犯罪的认定、不构成共同犯罪的情况与片面共犯等问题进行分析．

Joint crime is an intentional crime committed by two or more persons. This paper firstly introduces the concept of joint crime, and the establishment of the accomplice theory. And then it explains the characters of joint crime. Finally, the paper discusses the cogniTance of joint crime： the situation in which to commit no joint crime and the problem of one- sided accomplice.
