盐酸利多卡因胶浆胶束电动毛细管电泳法测定

Determination of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage by MECE

采用高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸利多卡因胶浆含量。以烟酰胺为内标 ,5 0 mmol/ L硼酸盐缓冲液 (p H 8.6 ,含2 5 mm ol/ L SDS)为运行缓冲液 ,工作电压为 2 0 k V。在 0 .0 5～ 0 .6 mg/ m l浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9997;平均回收率为 10 0 .8% ,RSD为 1.5 %。

A method of determination of lidocaine mucilage by micellar electrokinetic capillary electrophoresis(MECE) was studied, using borax buffer solution(pH8.6) with 25 mmol/L SDS as running buffer. The working voltage was 20 kV. The calibration curve was linear within the concertration range of 0.05~0.6 mg/ml, r =0.9997; the average recovery was 100.8%, RSD =1.5%.
