补阳还五汤作用于脑梗死大鼠血管新生的实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨补阳还五汤对脑梗死大鼠血管新生的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组。模型组及用药低、中、高浓度组,脑梗死大鼠模型以"Longa线栓法"制作,造模后分别给予相应药物,观察补阳还五汤对其大脑皮层血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。结果模型组大鼠缺血区神经元变性、坏死,VEGF和TGF-β1在边缘区有少量表达。经补阳还五汤干预后,VEGF和TGF-β1明显表达,高、中剂量组表达显著。结论补阳还五汤可显著升高脑组织中VEGF及TGF-β1的表达,其治疗脑梗死可能与促进血管新生有关。 Objective It is to approach the influence of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD) on angiogenesis in cerebral infarction rats. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into 5 groups such as control group, model group and low, middle, high do ses drug group. The model of cerebral infarction rats were established by longa suppository method, and then were treated with corresponding pharmaeon in respective group. The influence of BYHWD on the expression of VEGF and TGF - β1 of pallium were observed. Results The isehemic neuron was degenerates and necrotic in model group, VEGF and TGF - β1 were ex pressed for a little in the fringe area. After the intervention of BYHWD, VEGF and TGF -β1were expressed obviously; the expressions of high and middle dose drug group were significant. Conclusion BYHWD can increase the expressions of VEGF and TGF - β1obviously in brain tissue. The curative effect of BYHWD on cerebral infarction may be related to promoting the angiogenesis of blood vessel.
