壳聚糖作为乳牙直接盖髓剂临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察壳聚糖在乳牙非龋源性露髓直接盖髓或深龋露髓活髓切断术中直接盖髓的临床疗效。方法非龋源性露髓或深龋露髓且牙根处于稳定期的乳牙90颗,按完全随机化分组方法随机分为试验组50颗及对照组40颗。非龋源性露髓的乳牙,试验组应用壳聚糖、对照组应用氢氧化钙行直接盖髓术;深龋露髓者行活髓切断术,盖髓剂试验组应用壳聚糖,对照组应用氢氧化钙。于术后1,3,6,12个月复查。结果试验组保髓成功96%,失败4%;对照组保髓成功80%,失败20%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论壳聚糖作为乳牙直接盖髓剂,可保持牙髓活力,减少引起牙髓炎症发生,可认为是乳牙非龋源性露髓或深龋露髓治疗过程中一种具有较高临床疗效的直接盖髓剂。
