CADM1、E-cad在胃癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织和癌旁组织中CADM1、上皮型黏附素(E-cad)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测72例患者胃癌组织和24例患者癌旁组织中CADM1、E-cad蛋白的表达情况。结果 CADM1与E-cad蛋白在胃癌组织中表达阳性率明显低于癌旁组织(均P<0.05);CADM1、E-cad蛋白表达与胃癌的临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移均有关(均P<0.05),而与组织学分级无关(均P>0.05);CADM1与E-cad蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CADM1、E-cad在胃癌中的低表达或不表达,与胃癌的发生密切相关。联合检测CADM1、E-cad的表达水平,更有助于胃癌患者预后的评估及恶性程度、转移潜能的综合判断。 Objective TO investigate the expression of CADM1 and E-cad in gastric carcinoma and its clinicat significance. Methods The expressions of CADM1 and E-cad in 72 cases of gastric carcinoma and 24 samples of normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expressions of CADM1 and E-cad proteins in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly lower than those in normal gastric mucosa (both P〈0.05). The expressions of CADM1 and E-cad were correlated with the clinical stage, infiltration depth and lymph mode metastasis (P〈0.05), not correlated with histological grade. Expression of CADMlwas positively correlated with E-cad (P〈0.05). Conclusion CADM1 and E-cad proteins are up-regulated in gastric carcinoma, which may be involved in carcinogenesis, infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer.
