塑料件的前处理目的是提高涂料对塑料的附着力和减少塑料表面上的各种缺陷,从而改善涂层质量;目前,主流的前处理工艺是采用化学处理方法,经低温脱脂水洗,表面活化后烘干。油漆涂装常规生产线大多采用人工喷涂;烘干方式有三喷二烘、三喷一烘或二喷一烘等,但以三喷一烘和二喷一烘最为常见。
