摘要
研究了连云港海岸潮间带蟹类的生物量及多样性,调查了连云港海岸的高公岛、连岛、墟沟湾潮间带蟹类的种类和数量,比较了不同海岸底质蟹类的多样性和生物量.共采集到的蟹类有6科12种;种类的水平分布多样性和生物量与干扰、污染、小生态环境和海岸开敞度有关;种类的垂直分布主要受潮区、海浪、食物及海岸开敞度的影响.各海区不同潮区生物多样性指数大小顺序为中潮区、低潮区、高潮区.海岸底质生物多样性大小顺序为沙质海岸、泥质海岸、岩石海岸,岩石的空间异质性对蟹类的分布多样性具有一定的影响.
The diversity and biomass of crabs in the intertidal zones of the Lianyungang were studied. The species and amount of crabs in the intertidal zone of the Gaogong island, Lian island and Xugou bay were investigated. The diversity and biomass of crabs in bottom matter of intertidal zone were studied. There are 12 species belonging to 6 families. The plane species distribution is mainly affected by human disturbance, small ecological environment, the pollution and sea shore open degree. The vertical species distribution is mainly affected by tide level, wave action, food and sea shore open degree. Biological species number in different intertidal subzone of every sea area is midtide zone〉low-tide zone〉high-tide zone. In different bottom matter,the diversity of crabs is sand coast〉muddy coast〉rocky coast, which means that spatial heterogeneity also had some effort on the distribution of the crabs.
