脂肪酶对肉鸡生产性能和肠道菌群的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加脂肪酶对肉鸡生产性能和肠道菌群的影响,为脂肪酶在饲料工业中的合理应用提供试验依据.选取1日龄健康AA肉鸡400只,随机分成对照组和3个试验组(添加0.01%、0.02%和0.03%的脂肪酶)进行研究.结果表明,与对照组相比,试验1组、2组和3组平均日增重均显著提高(P〈0.05),试验3组前期和后期都提高最多,分别为5.63%和7.92%.试验组料肉比有明显下降,试验3组达到显著水平(P〈0.05),前期和后期分别为3.82%和2.38%.4~6周龄试验组平均日采食量有提高的趋势(P〉0.05).分析显示日粮中添加0.03%的脂肪酶效果最好.与对照组相比,各试验组都显著提高了肉鸡空肠乳酸菌数量(P〈0.05),分别增加了19.89%、9.17%、20.21%,各试验组之间乳酸菌数量差异不显著(P〉0.05). The effect of lipase enzyme on growth performance and intestinal flora of broilers of broilers are studied, providing the experimental basis for the reasonable application of lipase in the feed industry. Experiment chose 400 one-day health AA broilers,randomly allocated to 4 groups including control group and three test groups (added 0.01%,0.02% and 0.03% in the diets of the lipase). Compared with the control group,the broiler body weight of Group 1, Group 2, Group3 increased significantly (P〈0.05). The Group 3 increased 5.63% and 7.92% in early period (1-21 d) and later period (22-42 d),while the feed conversion ratio decreased 3.82% and 2.38% (P〈0.05) respectively. The growth performance of Group 3 adding the 0.03% lipase was best. Each treatment group significantly increased the Lactobacillus number in jejunum, compared with control group (P〈0.05), increased by 19.89%, 9.17%, 20.21%, the Lactobacillus number difference between treatment groups was not significant.
