减少热损失是供热管道保温设计的主要目标之一.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对供热管道和保温层进行热损失分析,结合热传导的基本理论,比较二维有限元分析结果、理论值二者之间的差异.分析结果可为供热管道热损失估算提供理论依据.

Saving energy is one of the main tasks of the insulating design of the thermal pipelines. Based on the finite element analysis software of heat loss in thermal pipes and insulating layers, the heat conduction theory was used to compare the difference between the two-dimensional finite element analysis and the theoretical value. The analytic result can provide reference data for the insulating design of the thermal pipelines.
