中医伦理学学科构建的必要性、可能性和遵循的原则性

Necessity, possibility and principle in construction of TCM ethics

针对目前越来越重视医学生医德教育的实然,提出高等中医药院校应关注中医伦理学学科的构建。中医伦理学学科构建是基于医学实践中"医德"失范、学科发展中话语权"失语"以及医德教育力点"失向"等现实状况而提出的;中医传统文化思想中"亦医亦儒""德艺双馨"和"关怀为本"思想反映了中医伦理学学科构建的可能性。另外,中医伦理学构建应遵循"根植于传统文化、吸收西方伦理思想研究成果以及注重适用有效性"等原则。

Chinese medicine universities should focus on the construction of TCM ethics since medical ethics education for medical students receives more and more attention. The construction of TCM ethics was proposed based on the loss of medical ethics in medical practice, the loss of power of discourse in discipline development, and the loss of direction of ethics education. Many culture thoughts of TCM such as care-oriented make the construction of TCM ethics possible. In addition, the construction of TCM ethics should root in traditional culture, absorb research results of western ethics, and concem the applicability and availability.
