摘要
由于试车时随着工况的变化,导弹的振动状态也在不断发生变化,这对减振控制造成了巨大困难,采用常规的被动阻尼方式已无法解决该问题,提出采用可控磁流变阻尼器进行减振控制方法。搭建了变阻尼减振控制研究试验系统,并进行仿真计算研究。先建立梁的有限元模型进行模拟计算,然后进行变阻尼修正算法公式推导,在这个过程中要实测响应谱的变量与阻尼器输入电压之间的关系,然后用多项式拟合,得到两者之间的准确关系,确定阻尼系数与响应谱变化之间的关系,以达到控制的目的。将参考谱代入仿真程序里,进行控制,得到的响应谱基本进入到容差范围之内。
The vibration state of missile varies with the condition change in test, so the damping control is very difficult. Conventional passive damping methods can't solve the problem. Damping control research by adapting controllable magnetorheological damper is put forward. The variable damping control test system is established, and simulation is carried out. The relationship between response spectrum variables and damper input voltages is measured in real time and the accurate result is obtained by polynomial fitting. The relationship between damping factor and response spectrum variation is determined to achieve control purpose. Control is done by putting the reference spectrum into the simulation program, the result shows that spectrum is within the tolerance basically.
