The concept and development tendency of collaborative planning are analyzed, then the collaborative planning model and planning flows of theater anti-missile sensors based on multi-agent system are constructed . Research on collaborative planning correlated theories of anti-missile sensors would lay solid technology and academic foundation for constructing systematical, intelligential and autonomy-oriented collaborative planning network of theater anti-missile sensors.
